Default How to establish database connectivity ??

Please tell me what are the requirements of connection string for establishing the connectivity between the database and the VB.Net language using the SQL statements . I need an urgent reply so please reply as soon as possible

SQL doesn't contain any statements for database login. The procedure is different for each database type.
