    What are the best ways of maintaing high ranking in google w/o checking everyday?

    Don't get so obsessed in your ranking. Check your web stats regularly and if you're still getting traffic then you're doing fine.

    Spend your time getting more links or adding content to your site rather than checking your rankings.
