how would it fit in to the site?
Good background, but not too sure about the oddly positioned ovals, but a good idea anyway.

I find it a little "busy". The drop shadow (3d extrusion) on the text is distorted against the dark brown background because the text outside the dark oval shows the extrusion while the text inside the oval does not.

Want to build a great logo? Build it as though it were going on your company letterhead.

Print this one out on a clean sheet of paper and take a good look at it. Can you read the name from across your desk? How does it look on alternate backgrounds? What happens to the white ovals on a white background?

I agree, it is a little busy for a logo. I've found that simple is best. It would not translate very well to b/w if you ran it in say a newspaper or other forms of advertising. If your company sells watches try something simple like the face of a clock behind the text instead of the various brown ovals

I agree with Dubbya, it is rather busy. - But it looks much better upon your site than it does posted here in this forum.

just one piece of advice - get a toll free number for the US market. Its seriously way too cheap not to do. My cell phone can dial international phone numbers, many can't though....plus many people just won't

Personally, I do not like the colors of your logo. Try to use other colors.

Pick 3 or less colors for your logo. Any number of tones are fine...but that many hues will cause problems for your viewers. You really need to work with a stronger typeface. Unfortunately there is nothing about this font that stands out. Also, allowing your name to span across such extreme contrasting colours dilutes its ledgibility and mneumonic value. What do the ovals represent? Do they add value? Do they help people remember your site, distinguish your brand, or represent your products?

Try using different colors combination , also try reducing number of colors.

my opinion... the logo is to busy... it wouldnt be my first choice for your style of website... too many colors make it harder to reproduce like on T's it would cost a small fortune and not worth it.
