Nothing.
You can not block anyone determined to get through. Just ask the government of the People's Republic of China.
Your keywords are visible to anyone who looks at your source code.
Don't focus on the negative.
Focus on the positive. How can you make your website better?
I was just coming to post a question about this website too. For the last 8 weeks I've been seeing them turn up on my website stats. I can't decide if it's a competitor (my site is in it's infancy, I have a hard time believing a competitor is paying to do me in when I'm barely optomized in any of my key seach terms) Or if this site is hitting mine through a bot or something trying to get me to look and get paranoid and subscribe to their services. How twisted would that be????
I just wonder?
Would love to hear other's thoughts!

You can block their IP address via a .htaccess file in your root directory or via your server's firewall. I'm a firewall fan, as they can be managed very easily via a very standard user interface.
Writing .htaccess files is very manual, very laborious and a place where many fear to tread. Since it is tough to explain to customers, we write one that suits the "general" needs of the Web site and then use firewalls to control access.
Like, spammers never see your .htaccess file - they bang on your mail server.
It's your site - if you don't want them there, block them. But don't be too paranoid - if you always overreact, you'll always be chasing windmills.....
