CSS Issues

Okay, this is full site review, this is a CSS issue review. I was trying to get into the graphics and design forum, but it doesn't seem to be working. So here we go.

I am working on a new design, and I am having FF issues. Everything was working great, and for some reason, I cannot figure out what I changed that is making FF go cooky.

I am not making the url a link, as I don't want this url being found by the big search engines. I'm simply confounded on what I changed that is making FF not work now.

If you have any clues, let me know.

Sorry, you have compare IE to FF so see the problems. It is really quite frustrating. I know I am missing something very basic, but I just can't figure it out.
