Fully agree. Think of a paper magazine blocking ad from competitors. That would be illegal here. I thought the rules were stricter in the USA.

That is how I have understood Google's reasonable rules.

The problem is if the Ad's could be confused with each other. But it is not alway's easy to be a webmaster, since some companies change color and ad's provided through the same code.

You may get what they cause Leakage, (this may not be an issuse), but users who you would like to click on Google Ads may click on Yahoo ad's which may result in less income over time.
