I cannot see my Site in SERPs?

it was ranking well for the Past three months, all of a sudden it disappeared from the Rankings..
have waited for three weeks, thinking that there might be a problem with the server.

    any suggestions?

    Thanks,

Their are so many possibilities here. Need to narrow it down some.

    What is the domain?

    Is the website brand new?

Was the website down at all?

How long did you have the rankings for?

    1. What is the domain?
    can't really post my domain.

    2. Is the website brand new?
Age of the site is 1 year, all pages are indexed, some of them got PR in the recent update.

    3. Was the website down at all?
we rebuilt the site in December. since last week of April, site is down.

    4. How long did you have the rankings for?
for almost three months, we had been in the top 10 for one of the keyword.

Hate to say it but cant help to much without looking at domain name further, but I am willing to guess that this had to do with the recent redesign and the fact the website is only 1 year old. Also look closely at your backlinks and see if they have went up or down. get used to using tools like Google's Webmaster Console.

It could be the site redesign in "action". If you totally makeover your site, Google notices and sandboxes you till you regain it's trust. It's only my guess, but logically Google has started doing this since spammers started buying up expired domains that still have PR/good SERPS.

I had this happen to a site - PR4 and doing quite well. Redesigned to something I thought would be better and wham - basically dropped from the index. It didn't happen overnight, the site gradually lost position over a period of a few weeks. Hate to say it, but if this is what's happened to you, it may be months before you recover. Working on some relevant, quality inbounds is about all you can do. Then again - hopefully I'm wrong!

Er, also, why don't you want to tell us the domain. It must be something really naughty eh? Or so groundbreaking you don't want any other webmasters to see it? The wrong kind of people will find it eventually anyway (and that's not saying any of them are in here!).
Andy Fletcher, not the famous one. I compare watches in my spare time.
