My site still not ranking well in GOOGLE.

Hi Guys

My website was ranking pretty well in Google a year ago. After Jagger's update my website ranking has come down. I have again updated my website according to Google guidelines but still my website is not ranking in GOOGLE, but my site is ranking pretty well in MSN. Please help me to figure out the problem. All responses would be highly appreciated.

Do you have a lot of relevant backlinks? If not start there.
