I was an economics major in college. I understand the first part, that low barriers to entry will drive down marginal revenue. Maybe not to zero but at least to the lowest common denominator.

But what I dont understand is the relation of this economic theory to gravity.

I have thought I finished my job in this thread:
    • Some of the classic economists studied Newton. If I remember correct, Walras schema, is directly inspired by Newtonian mathematics.
    • It is an axiom (or was it lemma / theorem) in a competitive market (with all the assumptions fullfilled) that pure profit is driven to zero.
    • A competitive market with many atomistic units under free competition is one extreme. A monopoly another. There are n cases in between. I think that the SEO industry with free entry and many agents is much closer to a competitive market than oligopolistic competition. But as the industry matures, it may be driven in the direction of oligoply or other strategic types with leaders and followers.

    Webnauts,

Since "we" decided to not PM this conversation...

I would need your public commitment here not to make the URL or anything representative, public to anyone, anywhere, in any way until I gave the go ahead. This would most likely not occur until launch date, hopefully within a week or less.

The press release (prweb @ $200 level) is in the final editing stages.
The Site's PayPal pages are in work.
Launch is prematurely scheduled for 3/11/07.
If it slides, I don't expect more than 2 days.
Podcasting may occur 2 weeks behind, supplimentally.
Obviously we will link from our Portfolio Page and be crawled within hours and witness subsequent indexing within a short period thereafter.

One thing that bothers me though; the blind that have never had the gift of sight will have more difficulty with "visualization" than those that met that misfortune later in life. If you have never seen color, visualization must be pretty dry.. What is green, blue, red and yellow then? Does text to speech sythenization have value there? What percentage are we talking about now?

Are you really interested in having a look at this project or am I dragging you out by the "cahones"?

Should we just make it public here on launch date and go from there?
