Ths Singapore Sling I had at Changi Airport was the most memorable, especially as finishing the first one coincided with the announcement of my plane being delayed. "Oh dear" I said, "I'll have to order another then". The main ingredient is cherry brandy, but Wikipedia have the full list as I was quite jaded.

The other drink was Baileys frappe, which is basically a Baileys milkshake (Baileys cream and Ice whizzed up in a blender and sucked through a straw). I had one on my hen night and it was sooooo nice (oo er missus!).

Have you heard of Singapore Gin Sling?

Singapore Gin Sling Veg CD PFC 2mins

Serves 1 Cold Vegetarian Party Cocktails Drinks

Ingredients:

2-3 Ice Cubes

60ml/2fl.oz. Gin

30ml/1fl.oz. Lemon Juice

15ml/1/2fl.oz./1 tbsp Cherry Brandy

15ml/1/2fl.oz./1 tbsp Cointreau

2 teasp Castor Sugar

Soda Water

A slice of lemon to garnish

Instructions

1. Place the ice in a tall glass together with the gin, cherry brandy, cointreau, lemon juice and sugar.

2. Stir well then top up with soda water. Decorate with the lemon slice.
