I think you are confusing a website and a logo...

I like the site ok but took me a minute to realize the "T" were hands. I would make that graphic a little better and see what it looks like.

I agree with, um, er, nipplecharms... If the hands looked more like hands, it might work. Lose the embossing, it gives it a dated feel.
