I am interested in employing someone to seo one of my websites.
We can negotiate a price based on performance. Because I have been previously burnt doing business over the Internet I will not pay anything up front but rather pay on results.

By results I mean higher; Traffic, Search engine rankings, Page rank & backlinks. If your work is good and you can be trusted we will form a nice relationship and your services will definitely be needed for future sites.

Currently I have about 30 sites with more on the way so there will be plenty of work.
