Create your own web ad page functionality needs testing!

I know I have a cheek asking.. but would anyone mind trying this functionality and telling me what happens for them? I developed this piece of functionality to allow someone to create their own web ad page (for real estate agents really) and they can upload a profile pic of themselves, a video, and up to 12 property pics. I cant get it to fail from here but my clients cant get it to work!!! As i am remote, i cant see what they are doing and they arent techies so I am having difficulty solving their problems

Well, nothing super fancy. I would recommend the right column be aligned with the right edge of the header. Add some color, some flavor, some snazz to make it unique.

I did a submit on the page and it appeared to work.
