Is this the world's oldest computer?
A team of scientists have unlocked the secrets of what is believed to be an ancient Greek astronomical analogue computer. The computer was centuries ahead of its time, with nothing comparable to it appearing before the 11th century.

Ancient Greek Computer The Antikythera Mechanism: In 1901 divers working off the isle of Antikythera found the remains of a clocklike mechanism 2,000 years old. The mechanism now appears to have been a device for calculating the motions of stars and planets.
