In the long run, you'd be much better off using simple text hyperlinks. Your page would load WAY faster and it'd be more easily updated.
If you're resolved to using graphics, be sure to add the "alt" attribute to the image and add a title attribute in the link code.
How to use title attributes
The "welcome text" is not important and a complete waste of the most valuable space on your page. Remove that and put some descriptive & relevant text up there.
1. Not pleasing to my eyes. Way too vibrant.
2. You have this line of code:Two body tags are not better than one.Code:<BODY bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000" <body onload="javascript:JS_Confirm();">>
Extra > is showing up on your homepage.
3. I hate "under construction".

That text is way too bold. Its almost "shouting at the visitor".
You have too many buttons and links. Are you sure you're not just flaunting your affiliate links?
Also I view your site at a 1280 x 1024 resolution, but at the 2 most popular resolutions 1024 x 768 and 800 x 600, there are horizontal scroll bars galore.
Sorry to sound so harsh, but I would think really hard about the objective your page is meant to achieve and go back to the drawing board and begin again.
