If you’re searching for a broadcaster along with web conferencing and collaboration modules I recommend Streaming BASE.
Streaming BASE will allow for content producers, trainers, streaming editors and film makers to collaborate on a film and still images in real time.
This allows users to broadcast a LIVE video conference while:
    1. Presenting streaming video or slides
    2. Allow members to watch streaming media in a group setting
    3. Members may view media and chat at the same time
    4. Presenter and members may comment on the media
    5. May be used for LIVE shows as well as prerecorded events

You can host Streaming Base with your own server and in this case you are going to need a server setup, Cpanel setup, Choice of Flash Com or FMS2 license tested and working, security patches made. Or you can choose Streaming BASE's hosting offers for Dedicated Streaming Server (500GB Transfer, FMS included) and Shared Streaming Server (200GB Transfer, FMS included). If your website has a significant number of visitors you may consider the Load Balancing Solutions which enables broadcasters to stream exactly the same digital content to virtually any number of receivers from the Internet, at the same time, based on a network which includes a Master server and two or more Leaf workstations (secondary servers).

A helpful tool to encode any video format into a FLV format is also Monster Encoder. Encoder is a video encoding toolset which allows you to upload and publish unlimited video formats. Once encoded, videos are organized into video galleries and may be streamed by web site or cell phone users.

I would have a website where visitors come and subscribe to live video broadcasting of sports matches right on their PC. Now I would like to break this project to major parts or components. What I have done is divided it in the following components:

    1. Media Server (License price for 100 concurrent users=???)

    2. Website with Programming.(Days of programming, not design, needed)

    3. HUGE Bandwidth (For 100 concurrent users=???)

    4. Hardware to record the matches(which hardware=???)

    5. Connection of hardware to Server (???)

    6. Dedicated Server.(Specification=???)
To answer you on the 1-st issue we can tell you that the best solution is the Flash Media Server.

The second problem, about the programming hours is resolved. Our solution is ready to install on your server. It will only need the customization if you want so.

About the bandwidth, this is not a problem, we are offering 1TB (1024 MB. Please try the LIVE Streaming Server Bandwidth Calculator on the JAMONCAM website. It's so easy to make an idea about your needs.

The recording of the matches is the easiest thing to do, all you need is a PC and a WEBCAM.

On the 5-th and 6-th points please find all the details also on the JAMONCAM website, in the hosting facilities section.

Please do add to the list if you think I have missed something or remove if there is anything not needed. Also I am not able to track down the cost. Please do help me in this regard too. Your help would be much appreciated...

Please visit our JAMONCAM website and complete the contact form and we will assist you in every inquiry you may have.

The harder we work the luckier we get!
    Thank you!
