Hi there,

I used to work on wineries; the winemakers used to be unreliable critics of their own wines because they developed a metaphorical condition called 'cellar palate'. This occurs when the winemaker has been drinking his or her own wine for so long they are incapable of being truly objective. I'm sure this occurs in web design and I feel I have truly lost my original 'creative' mindset and form.

I feel there needs to be a little moe direct given for the site visitor to take. This is because there are so many options that it is all a little overwhelming. So some simplification or take this step for ... etc

Also ditch the requirement for people to register to buy. Surveys have proven this is the quickest sale killer there is....

I agree with MattE.

Don't make me register until the very last minute in the purchase process.
If you want to calculate tax and shipping, then ask for just city, state and country.
