Yahoo and Live.com have it, Google doesn't and neither does Ask. The blog post by Damian Mulley listing an open letter to Ireland's Data Protection Commissioner about alleged spamming by Thinkhouse PR is being reposted by several other bloggers.

Any thoughts on what would get a specific blog post banned from Google, aside from webmaster guideline violations?
