Contract for setting up dynamic processing without a cart

I am looking for a real time processing credit card solution for my site.

Here is what I will be working with:
1.A First Data online merchant account.
2.Any compatible gateway (e.g. Authorize.net is compatible).

Here is what I am running and want to do with it:

I have an online site for continuing education for mental health processionals. Users access a post-test using a cgi testing script and if they complete 75% of more of the questions correctly, they are fed a dynamic page from the script notifying that they have passed the test and prompts them to enter name, address, licensure information, a brief survey about the process, etc.


I want them to be able to enter credit card payment information in that form or on a second page (which is always served on an ssl locked page) and have it passed through a gateway and processed and passed back with an accept or denial code.

I want the user entered data and credit card acceptance or denial saved to an sql database or datafile that I can review with a reader script securely online. I have a form processing script and reader (CSVEdit) that I am using now for the user data in a flat file, but would like to have it modified to write and read from a database instead as part of this project.

I do not want the user to have to set up an account, I do not want to use a shopping cart (unless it is completely in the background) and I do not want the user to leave my site during the transaction.

The user will be taken to a completion page thanking them for the purchase following the completion (or to a payment declined page as applicable).

I would take a look at simple shop, I added it into a directory site that I setup and it folds right into the current look and feel of the site. Doesn't appear to be a cart, great for single item checkout.

Manuals are a little lacking, but I found it to be pretty easy to setup.
