So this whole we've set up fake blogs thing is blowing up in Wal-Mart and Edelman's face.
Not only was there the Wal-Mart funded Wal-Marting Across America blog, but Edelman also set up a supposed "grassroots" site called Working Families for Walmart to illustrate how great the company is, and a blog called PaidCritics, where the irony is still thick in the air that anonymous PR flaks were paid to criticize the critics that were paid to criticize wal-mart.
This is looking bad. Transparency in PR blogging is a requirement.
