    Innexpensive/free CRM needed

I'm pretty sure this is the correct area to post this question, but if not I'm sorry. I'm looking for an easy-to-use, cheap/free, customizable, CRM. I am really new to this, so any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in adviance for your time.

Sugar is a good choice. I use their software for several sites. With their us of MySQL and other platforms it is very easy to integrate into website. I have a site that gets lead directly from submissions with all user info including IP and other info from the customer.

SugarCRM Open Source / Community Edition is the leading Open Source Enterprise Grade CRM. Vtiger is definately an excellent choice for many small and medium enterprises. But SugarCRM is the category leader - no doubts about it.

DeskPRO is a great inexpensive option - granted, it's not free, but it is well worth the investment. (Depending upon the package which you select, you may or may not have full access to the source code, however, the interface is easy to customize with the built-in tools provided)

Check out their free demo and see how it stacks up against other options (and try e-mailing the DeskPRO support department - I have found their support to be excellent).

Although its not as cheap as the others mentions, keep Salesforce and Entillium in mind.

One other cool aspect to Sugar is that they are integrating with Asterisk. So your Customer relations software now runs on your PBX.

PBX in a Flash kind of sort of does this now, but this is going to much more complete.
