Every day my 7 months old website will inside top 20 for a popular keyword. It just stays there several hours daily, after that my site will disappear in GOOGLE.com (outside top 200).
Is this because of the sandbox?

Ikcheng,
Never heard of anything like that. You are going to have to be more specific so we can follow that phenomenen, to help.

My website ranks no.14 in Google for this keyword 'make money online'. But It didn't stay at no.14 consistently. Sometime my website's ranking will drop substantially to behind top 1,000.
I'm curious to know why?
Possibilities:
1. Sandbox
2. Bad SEO
3. Peanlized
I am experiencing similar things...
We are appearing 1st page for some popular search terms 5-20 million.
It seems that some parts of the day we are on the 1st page and other not even near....??
It has been since the lastest google update on the 26th Aug (ish)
I was thinking that we are only top on some datacenters.
Is this the reason?
I would say that different datasets on different server might explain this and would be the first thing i would look in to! I think there is a mozilla tool that can tell you what ip address of the site you are looking at is. That might help?
I dont think anyone can be certain as to why this is happening, but doing a search on different data centers does bring back different results just because of the way the search engines work with clustering results (speeding up fetching results).
However, if this happens hitting the same data center, then Im as stumped as the next person. Maybe worth digging around on sites like seochat.com:

Movement in the serps, or "Flux" as it is sometimes called, has never been as frequent as it is now, especially with Google....
