    Don't take the Blue Pill

A potentially undetectable method of taking over a system may not be as threatening as its creator claimed.

The potential for an undetectable piece of malware

The potential for an undetectable piece of malware to invisibly take over a PC

OK it's detectable but doesn't Windows Genuine Advantage come under this classifaction?

That article is basically mis-informed comments from a guy who's working on VMM technology... I mean, chances for him to be out of a job raise in direct proportion to the possibility of this Blue Pill being a serious threat.
It is a very serious possibility, though something like this won't ever make 100% undetectable malware.
All the methods for detecting the thing look to be usable only in testing environments. Are you willing to try and crash your machine on an hourly basis just to check if some "Blue Pill"-like exploit is running?
It's not practical to do so.
