They are definitely worth watching, however depending on the server load and communication speeds they can be a bit choppy.
I have DSL and there was still a buffering issue.
Most of the info is presented well, but there was not any real new info provided.
In the 3rd video, he did clarify the fact that there are no algorithmic ranking bonuses for valid code.
