Good Traffic - No Phone Calls

I get about 200 - 300 visitors per day on my web site.
No phone calls! What am I doing wrong? I would appreciate all comments - especially the bad ones. Thank you:

Where is your phone number and contact info? I just scanned your site and didn't see it listed anywhere on the front page, if you want phone calls you should make it easy for visitors to find your contact info. It is a nice looking site though, I just think you need to highlight your contact information.

Good traffic - no phone calls

Are you basing the fact that you have good traffic on a hit counter, or do you have access to site statistics / analysis from your web-host?

Also are you happy with the fact that visitors are being directed to your site through accurate keyword searches ?

    (Mod edit: No self-promo, please)

William is right, I went through the site thoroughly and other than a form, how is anyone going to contact you? No phone number, no address! These should be clear on every page.

If people are going to invest in the 'Home of their life' they are surely going to want to speak to a human being who is willing to listen and understand their particular needs.

Simply giving them Leo J. Pusateri's (whoever that is) "seven questions most people want answered before they do business with someone" is a poor replacement for an actual personal service. You missed the point of the book! In fact, the very fact that you directly quote from the book suggests that you haven't got a clue.

My suggestion is that rather than thinking 'selling systems', you should think personally.

How should someone sell a house to me?

Think along those lines and you might have a better response.

Check out the 40 errors on your first page, to start with.

    Good luck.

There is a bit of a 'bargain basement' feel about the site. This could put peole off calling (if they could find the number).

I'm not at all sure that header image works at at all. You've got a shifty looking guy in a hard hat. With his left arm he appears to be rumaging under the house for something - maybe hiding something? Meanwhile out of the clouds an alien space ship is about to attack him.

    Sorry, that's what I see...

    Thank You!

To all - Thank you, thank you! I missed the most obvious.
To sdrury: yes, I have an access to my web site statistics.
To Tim: Thanks for your honest comments. Do search engines punish you for having errors on your home page?
To Paul B: How would you change that "bargain basement" feel?
I have already implemented some changes. What do you think? http://ontario-home-builder.com
    Thanks again, Harvey

    That header is much better!

I think it is the choice and mix of fonts that is the problem. Also the yellow 'Ask Us' box and teh long underlined link headings.
