Article Websites : Backlinks

Hi,

If I posted an article on 30 websites with backlinks to mine, would Google punish me for the backlinks as the content would be duplicated?

Do any of the article sites provide good traffic or PR?

No you would not get punished, you would actually benefit, it is a great form of promotion.

There are loads of good article sites out there; i would start with www.isnare.com and maybe take a look at the list on www.info-sales.co.uk
