Need English to French, Spanish, translation work done asap

I'm looking for translation of our index page as well as category descriptions translated. 20% of our overall business is from Canadian customers that speak French and another 10% is from Spanish speaking countries. I'm looking for (on the page)text translation as well as translation of our our title and description tags. I would prefer whomever ends ip doing this work be very proficient in english to french and english to spanish translation and to have some prior experience.
There's not an awful lot of work here but I have 2 other sites that (if this works well)I will want the same work done on - it could end up paying well.

Try looking at some websites that specialize in that, some have free translators, but your better off with page translator programs that you can pay for.

Thank you for your advice geeez. Though I realize there are many programs that can accomplish this task I don't have time (nor the inclanation)to do it myself which is one of the reasons I am posting. Also, I really prefer dealing with humans rather than a software program for this particular task. I'm sure there someone out there that can use the money for the job.
