UPS Shopping Cart - Software or Website Builder?

Hi - I've browsed around here, (and the net), and I've been looking for something that I can set up a store on my drop shipping website so that it can all be handled by UPS.

I have been bamboozled with the number of stand-alone bits of software, or UPS integrated tools as part of various website building wesbites, that there are out "there".

So, I'd thought I'd come and ask for some advice and get any personal experiences that anyone may have had with either a stand-alone piece of software or a website builder where I can use UPS integarted shipping/packing.

Thank you for your help :)

So, I asked my friend, (whose drop shipping website it is), about using Paypal Merchant Services, (as he has a Paypal account...
Paypal is my credit card processor, only you can’t tell when you check out. It works seamlessly with the shopping cart software, so it does not go to any Paypal screens and the user has no idea that Paypal is actually processing their credit card. But just like any merchant bankcard account, they make changes to their interface from time to time, and the shopping cart software then needs to be upgraded to ensure compatibility. If I use a product that works with my merchant today, but then tomorrow the security settings change, or some other settings with the interface, I would need to get an update to the shopping cart software to keep it working. If I use software, I leave myself open to the possibility of designing an entire website that will only work for a short period of time, or having to pay for upgrades to the software to match the change in any UPS security changes etc Unless, of course, the updates to the shopping cart software free of charge, as well.
As I don't understand any of this - does this make sense top anyone - or has he got it wrong?
