Time stamp on posts

How come some threads have the time of posting on them and others don't?

I've always wondered why all posts don't have them in WPW but I've just seen one that does.

I don't know when the time 'fell off' but i only noticed it recently and turned it back on...

Dunno why/how it got turned off. Must've pushed a bad button...

Here's a weird thing...if I click on the link in my post above, the thread has the times on. However, if I navigate to the same thread through the menu, it hasn't!

Actually, I can't find any other threads that do have the times. Have they fallen off again?
