If you mean articles, (ie for newsletter or blog, theres goarticles.com which have articles about pretty much any subject you can think of. You just need to give them your email address and don't alter the content in any way (and whatever you do, do not touch the signature/link of the Author).
As for content for pages. Then I have to echo Golf Guy. Certainly don't copy from other sites, as they find out and can get you into serious bother.
