    Wikipedia Content

I've built a tool that fetches articles form wikipedia.
I need help about evaluating the value of it.

please check my site at http://www.wikifetcher.com and tell me what do you think about the price.

the price was 29$ and i had a couple of sales in less than a week. so i increased the price and started an affiliate program (which no one attends, i'm not getting much traffic)...

how much do you think the product worth? is 49$ too much?

    Thanks!

How can we evaluate it without using it first? And how can we use it without paying for it? Perhaps, consider giving WPW memebers a free trial ;)

Really user testing is going to determine value.

I recall an old story about a handbag designer. They invited their target market in to conduct focus group testing. After filling out some surveys and talking a bit, participants were told to take a handbag from those they had been evaluating as a gift for participation.

...they threw out the survey and tracked the handbags participants chose when leaving.

Wikipedia may have something to say about the idea. Wikipedia is now, I guess about 70% of all Google searches and constantly oversees alterations to page content. I think it's a no goer, but ideas are ideas when all said and done.

    Thanks for the replays,

www.Wikifetcher.com is not specific to wikipedia, it can fetch articles from any wiki based website.

Anyway, i am going to stay with wikifetcher price: 29$
