Effect on Google ranking with many outbound links !

What will happen when having many outbound links on site page? In my site, I decided to place a list of available software tools for software developers. This will be done to help software developers. I do not expect any link back for my site for this type of listing also these software tools are indeed very important. This listing will contain more than 100 links. What effect it will bring for my PR value?

It will not actually decrease that pages PR level, however it will decrease that pages ability to pass it's PR around the site to other pages you have linked. ach page can pass approx. 85% of its total PR around to linked pages divided by the number of linked pages. So by having 100 links on the page, plus your navigational links, you have made sure that very little PR gets transferred to any outbound link .
