    Help! Need traffic!

My biz partner and I have just launched our e-store and are pretty excited about it. It wasn't long, however, that the inevitable reality of getting our name out there wasn't as simple as we expected. It seems like everybody wants a piece of the pie. We would appreciate any inside info on how to get ourselves established on the internet community and gaining visibility to our potential customer base. Please take some time to check us out at www.brownandhobbs.com and let us know if you have any suggestions. Thanks!

    Hi:

The site looks good for the most part, but your logo does not tell me anything about your bussiness, also, I do not like splash pages.
I would remove the splash pages, work on your logo and your navigation.

Well, the site is nice and simple. I like that.

As for getting yourself out there, try joining altavista - http://www.altavista.com

Your site logo doesn't tell much on what the store sells or what the site's about. If in your text area you make it a bit more clear then that would be good.

Also, having everything cluttered together normally doesn't look that good, but the way you have it it doesn't look that bad. Be mindful of not getting it too cluttered so it's not appealing anymore.
Check out my site at http://kakoyukai.cjb.net
    It is a hentai-free, non-profit fan website of anime/manga especially Yu-Gi-Oh! and houses a fanfic I write.

    Logo is too pixelated

The logo is too pixelated. You will have to finda better way to do this. The website looked like it was one of em nature sites or photography showcase sites ore than a store. I don't get why you pput teh yahoo shopping logo on http://store.brownandhobbs.com/info.html it makes the entire page look like it belongs to yahoo. if yahoo is paying ya a good amount of money for it then by all means keep it. But otherwise it's just free advertising for em. You want to be advertising YOUR products not theirs.
