    Content Management - HELP PLEASE!

I've tried looking at lots of different CMS programs and they all seem to do too much and be too dummified for my liking. I'm looking for a program that will work with a template I have designed and insert/remove content through web-based forms. The idea is that I can make it as complicated as I like, choose exactly what code it uses and define through tags in the template where the content goes. Then if someone who works with me wants to update something on the site then they just have to post the info into the form and it will go straight onto the site. Does anyone know of preferbly free program that will do this? Or if not free how much would something like this cost? Thanks for any help =)
