Ok, its been a few weeks now (or does it just seem like a year to ME?) that the "Jag" was first unleashed on an unsuspecting SEO community.
I have read many a-post here detailing thoughts and assumptions concerning the "why's" and “where-fore's” of this algorithm change.
I have read other posts that tried to delineate what the ramifications are to us, the site owner, to us, the site optimizer and to us, the search engine user. Have all of these questions and post, in my last lifetime’s vernacular, been “too new to rate?”
I guess the question is:
“IS IT OVER YET?”
I have seen serious fluctuations on the “G” proper and many of its data centers. On my term “body jewelry”, for example, I was as low as #202 on Oct. 24, #59 on Nov. 8 and today I am registered at an unrespectable #87. I guess it’s better than a sharp stick in the eye.
Before I even begin to test via my livelihood, I want to make sure that the “G” is done with it's playful ways. If it is not, I have enough self-control to wait…. but not until the next G-update in the spring.
I would appreciate, and so would some of our other novice brethren, any insight, in one post, on the continuing saga of….. As the “G” turns. Or, As the sands through the hourglass, so are the “Days of our Lives…….” (Ok, I needed a chuckle!)
Thanks gang. Comments and a good disinfectant are always welcome!
Michael
