    www.privatefleet.com.au ... Good,Bad,Indifferent!!

    Hi there,
Would anybody be interested in reviewing our site? I'm not a web pro but really enjoying maintaining our company site and keen to see how far it can go in terms of a marketing tool.
I'm also interested as to why our Google page rank is only 4 whereas we seem to get a lot more visitors and have a lot more backlinks than many others with much higher pr?
    Would really appreciate any comments,
    David

    HI,

Nice site, it is easy to navigate and almost immediately I knew what the site is about. I would give it an A.

your site is just beautiful... however, it is a tad big for viewing at 800X600.. perhaps you could make your header just a little smaller..
I think you need more text on your index page... what you have is good, but you probably should have a min. of 200 words.
It is my understanding that your PR is determined by the number of other sites on which yours is listed. I, obviously, don't know who else is linking to you.
My personal opinion is that it is certainly nice to have a higher PR, sales is the bottom line. Are you making any money?

    Thanks for responses!

Hi thank you both for your kind words!
    I wasn't expecting a response so quick.
I take both your points, Mary Ann. I tried to keep the homepage short and sweet and build up heaps of contant and keywords on other pages for SEO. Is this effective or are you saying that the homepage is more important for content??
You are also very right in saying that PR is not the be all and end all. We are making money I'm happy to say and the website has gone from "something you should have" to a large proportion of our new enquiries.
Thanks again for your comments - if you'd like me to provide a laymans opinion of your sites, I'd be happy to
