Hi everyone,

I've got a friend that has documented an individual online acting in a rather strange and unusual manner, and has documented it as such.

He's tried making a website and putting it up on a couple of servers, but since the site is controversial (and that he does insult the other person the odd time in a rather comical way), no one wants to host it.

I would, but I don't want to risk damaging my relationship with my host.

So...are there any hosts out there who are free for personal websites and allow people to say what they wish without fear of reprisal?
