i'm wondering if free traffic exchange networks like www.freeviral.com and
www.trafficswarm.com are worth the energy to spend.
should i ignore these services or do some of you have good experience with it?

Personally I found www.trafficsworm.com to be pretty useless and since I switched to Mac I have not seen a a real difference in traffic and the annoying thing of only using your one browser.
