FJM Architect Logo review

I have been working on the logo for my new architectural firm and would like some feedback.
I have posted a quick flash as a place holder on my home page until I get a page built.
I am thinking that this would be my business card sans the services offered text in the center and also modified for letterhead and envelopes.
