How do I upload my photo?

How do I upload my photo? I have one in my computer files. It's not on the web, though. I can't figure out how to upload anything here. Can I upload a photo that's on my PC and not on the web?

Janet, you can Rah ( rrobinson@ientry.com ) and he'll take care of the rest for you. he knows you are going to mail the image to him, so it shouldn't be a problem.
