Your site Layout is Okay but I noticed some rain looking things in the background.. The pictures do not show up. I think it is some sort of a rain/snow background.
The layout was easy to deal with, and I spent some time scrolling down the page looking at all the links, which seemed to be well organized. I even clicked on a couple of them.
I do not understand why you would use a java script "falling" animation on a serious web site, though. That sort of effect is usually only used on fun sites (like my greeting cards site). And the graphics did not load, so what I saw was a bunch of boxes with x's in them, which was very distracting.
I like the snow(wo)man, even though I'm not sure why (s)he is there -- related to your logo pic in the top left corner? He's cute, in any case.
