My website, gibthis.com has changed quite a few times in the past, I'll admit that. I'm not really concerned all that much with SEO, as my current endeavour doesn't really need it, the only people that care are the ones I hand the URL to.
Nonetheless, I've been working with Sitemaps a bit, and Google has downloaded it, and spidered my website on Aug 16 (according to their search results, I see the little date text next to the link).
Unfortunately, my description still reads from a past website. Could this be because my new website is lacking meta description tags, so Google is simply using the ones found in it's cache?
