YES! This is my of the first things that I check before adding a link to Heres1 or exchanging links with another site. I also like that they list, if any, where in DMOZ category the site is listed with the title and description.

I have given a few webmasters and site owners a surprise of unpleasant news when I inform them I won't link to them because they're either currently listed at whois as being on a blacklisted host or have a recent and extensive history of being blacklisted.

A great tool.
