The logo is clean and legible, to be sure.

But I think a lot more could be done to enhance it.

For starters, replacing the "t" with a "+". Try out a couple different font combinations. A serif "Positive" with a sans-serif "web solutions". Or maybe have "web solutions" scripty-hand-written over and to the right side of "positive".

Just something to give it a bit more pizazz, and to make it more "ownable".

I agree with Jinky, it needs more life. It is a nice clean logo, with no mistake what it stands for or who. But a little personalization would be nice.
