    Munkyonline - Logo

Please review my logo as I've had mixed comments about it in the past few days.

It's clever idea that very nearly works. You need to use the shape of an 'o' in the same font with the same kerning (spacing) that the 'o' would have. At present the 'o' is recognizable as a monkey, but not as an 'o'.

Not bad..not bad at all. I will say though that the font you used on your buttons hurts my eyes against the colors behind it.

It was a bit difficult to make the 'o' look anything like a monkey! I suppose I could just add the o in after the monkey. Then it wouldn't look as clever though would it?

I tried loads of different fonts and colours on those buttons. Any ideas on how I could make them any better?

I like your logo, it is very clever!

As for the font used on your buttons on your website, what if you use all caps - similar to your logo? Maybe it would be a tad bit easier to read.

Maybe if the text was bold? I'd make them bold, a size or two bigger, and reduce the tracking and it should look fine then..either that or I'd blur the line where the light blue and dark blue meet behind the text.

I'll have a go at it again soon. I think it was the font. I think because it was a flash font it went a bit weird if it was made any bigger. Anyone know where i can get some free tru type fonts that look similar?

    77K?

77K for that logo? Ouch. I feel sorry for anyone at your site with a modem. It is pretty cool, though.

No i'm not going to change the logo! The overall opinion is that it's a good logo! Thanks everyone for your comments. 77k for the logo! It's that good then? lol!

I do need to change the links on the nav bar however. Brian - I didn't think it was that bad on a modem? Is it really slow then?
