how much to charge...

Custom flash is what you want to charge. Normally it's 1,500 and up and the sky is the limit.

Some are as much as 25k .. you just never know.

I don't know if I'd go as far as charging $1500 for this website. I guess it all depends on your knowledge of Flash and Actionscript, and how much time you've put into this project. People with more knowledge in Flash can produce bigger and better sites and generally get paid much more than most custom Flash designers.

I also take into consideration the budget of the client, but I wouldn't know about anyone else.
