I don't have much time to parse this today, but Altas finally <u>launched its rich media product</u> this morning. (The plan for which was <u>first broken right here</u> on this blog about a year ago.)</p>



Bottom line: it's a pretty good-looking tool, but it's not earth-shattering. If you want loads of features, call the rich media specialist companies. But if you're an Atlas customer who has straightforward rich media needs and who wants to save time and money, go ahead and use this solution. </p>



And if that sounds like my advice about DoubleClick's Motif, there's a good reason for that. This is basically the same product with basically the same value proposition. No surprises there. But I expect Atlas will make some money on this, and I expect many of their clients will make their lives easier by using this tool.</p>
