Lol, fantastic.
It brings a smile to my face when these people get what they deserve.
Trouble is, there's far too many who get away with it. Internet fraud, spam, and questionable activity is completely out of control.
We need better education for internet users so that less people are caught out, and stricter disciplinary action for those who commit crimes that cheat people out of their money.

I also think it's a good thing that this happened, but there is one of the biggest problems named directly in the article.
2 years? If we have even one person on a case for 2 years (seems it was probably a team), how much did that cost our taxpayers to bust criminals in another country? Can we send the bill to Nigeria? I'm in favor of that. Also, how much time is reasonable? They were getting away with this, ripping off merchants the whole time, for way too long if you ask me.The U.S. agent led a raid in Nigeria that seized $2.5 million in phony cashier's checks and $1 million in stolen merchandise. He spent two years investigating the scam.
Just had to vent a bit. Sorry.
Brian.
