A clean, clear and very fast search engine, well done!

    A few things you might want to check/clean up on your index page;

    1) There is this curious paragraph...

    <h1>

    <font size="-1">CorrectSearch is a metasearch engine. it queries several fast search engines

    and get back relevant search results quickly and easily.</font></p></h1>
    </p>

    I wouldn't normally expect to see H1 in a paragraph or paragraph in H1.

    2) The grammar seems wrong in that sentence too...

    'CorrectSearch is a metasearch engine. it queries several fast search engines and get back relevant search results quickly and easily.'

    Shouldn't that be 'gets back' or even 'returns'?

    3) On line 89 you have this '

    '
    which is not valid.

    4) You seem to have several missing closing tags for

    .

    5) You could replace all <font> tags with CSS.

    I'm probably nit-picking with these observations but lightning fast programs and clean design deserve clean html.

    Good luck with your venture,

    When clicking on the link to read terms, the resulting popup window has no mechanism for scrolling to see the content. I am using the Safari browser on a Mac. Can't read the terms.

    Clicking on the premium web submission link, the resultant page took a long time to load (I have a broadband connection).

    The about us link apparently goes to the wrong place.

    Looks good otherwise.

    Would be good if the number of results returned by each search was shown, sorry if it is, i didnt see it though.

    The Add URL page accepts the submitted Title and Description word for word, but the form doesn't allow for the Keyword block to be filled in.
    At least it wouldn't come up with a cursor when I added my own site ( http://www.duncanpollock.com ) just now.

    I like the list of popular search terms that you provide. I am always interested in that kind of information.

    As for the search engine itself, it looks like it's just Yahoo's results (without the extras and with different adds). It doesn't seem to aggregate anything. Not to be rude, but why would I use your site instead of theirs?

    Thank you for the feedback

    I am working on the results of my search engine. It will be an aggregate search results of multiple major search engine and pay per click search engine.

    I have modified terms page, broken links and have also added missing tags as mentioned iin the first feedback.

    I do appreciate your time and feedback. If you have any suggestion to improve my search engine, please feel free to send me an email or post your suggestion in this forum

    regards
    Burhan

    Interested in your thoughts about the search listings

    I have been actively working to provide relevant search results with correct description of the site. I need to improve my search technique but I am mainly interested in your thoughts about the search listings and to personlize / bookmark sites for the future reference.
