How to use Photoshop and Flash MX?

OK it's like this, i'm kinda like a beginner in this web design thing. So i've been having this uge problem, cuz most of the good looking webpages that i see in the internet they use both Photoshop and Flash right?! So i would like to know how to implement a file made in Photoshop into flash and vice versa...
For example: i make an animated navigation bar using flash...then how do i export it to use in the rest of the webpage design that i'm doin with photoshop??

Take a look at http://www.good-tutorials.com . theyhave lots of stuff in this area and should be a big help to you.

You can't import flash into photoshop or PSD into flash. So you have to work on this files separately.

It takes a couple extra steps, but if you have PS you may have ImageReady. From there you can export swf files.
